Ludwig Negri has more than 10 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. He started as a waiter in restaurants around lake Garda, his home-town, when he was 18 years old, and after two years, he started his international experience when he moved to Chicago. After one year in the US, he moved to Spain, in the Canary Islands, to run a small Italian restaurant with a friend. Then, when he was 22, he moved back to Italy and gained some experience working at the bar of luxury hotels in Riva del Garda.

In 2017 he moved to London where he worked as a bartender at The Dorchester hotel for almost 3 years, after which he landed in Venice at The St Regis Venice as Head Barman.
